Ocular adnexal marginal B-cell lymphoma (OAMZL) is the most common type of primary lymphoma of this anatomical site. OAMZL is a rare entity, accounting for 1-2% of all non-Hodgkin lymphomas. A pathogenetic link with chronic infection by Chlamydia psittaci has been demonstrated in some geographical areas.
