dc.description.abstract Isochromosome 7q, i(7)(q10), is a rare recurrent aberration found in various hematological neoplasms. In Mitelman's data base, i(7q) is the sixth mostcommon isochromosome after i(17q), i(8q), i(1q), i(12p), and i(6p) in human neoplasms. The incidence of this abnormality, and genes involved are presented in this review. en
