Abstract: Isochromosome 7q, i(7)(q10), is a rare recurrent aberration found in various hematological neoplasms. In Mitelman's data base, i(7q) is the sixth mostcommon isochromosome after i(17q), i(8q), i(1q), i(12p), and i(6p) in human neoplasms.
