Cet article relate la IVe réunion annuelle de l?European Meteorological Society (EMS), qui s?est déroulée à Nice du 26 au 30 septembre 2004. Pour la première fois, cette réunion a pris la dimension d?une grande conférence multithématique en météorologie. L?organisation de cette conférence a été irréprochable, mais, du point de vue de la participation, ce ne fut qu?un demi-succès. This article reviews the 4th annual meeting of the EMS, which took place in Nice (France). For the first time, this meeting had the importance of a large multidisciplinary conference in meteorology. The organization was beyond reproach but the turnout was less than expected. |
